We protect what you've built.
SBAS safeguards every client through quality practices held to the highest professional standards and full compliance with the law. Your business, defended by people who treat it like their own.
Every hour you spend on books, tax and paperwork is an hour your competitors spend selling. SBAS runs your entire financial back office as one ecosystem, so you get that time back and put it where it earns.
We don't manage numbers. We build businesses.
Your business sits at the centre. Six services orbit it, and each one feeds the next.
Two commitments sit beneath every number we touch: protect the people we serve, and never compromise on quality or trust.
SBAS safeguards every client through quality practices held to the highest professional standards and full compliance with the law. Your business, defended by people who treat it like their own.
Dedicated service, delivered with a total commitment to quality and trust, so every business we partner with stands on a foundation solid enough to grow from.
Watch how one connected system replaces the pile of spreadsheets, reminders and deadline panic.
Every service below is priced in outcomes: hours returned, penalties avoided, decisions made with confidence.
From registrations to returns (Income Tax, PAYE, VAT, provisional and tax clearance), your full SARS obligations are handled accurately and on time, so you stay compliant and keep more in the business.
Registration, monthly declarations and benefit claims with the Department of Employment and Labour, handled so your team is covered and your records stay clean.
Compensation Fund registration, annual Return of Earnings and Letters of Good Standing: the cover that keeps your workers protected and your business tender-ready.
CIPC registrations, annual returns, amendments and beneficial ownership kept up to date, so your company stays in good standing without the paperwork maze.
Bookkeeping, financial statements, business plans, valuations, forecasts and advisory: the numbers and strategy that turn ambition into decisions you can bank on.
Salaries, payslips, statutory calculations and leave, processed cleanly so your people stay happy and focused and month end stops eating your evenings.
One consultation. We look at where your business stands, show you what the ecosystem changes, and you decide. No pressure, no jargon, no obligation.
Your request is on its way. Together, we take your business to the next level.
